　 Dynamic International Enterprises Limited (Jiangsu Tianyin) is a Hong Kong-invested company, it has three largest manufacturing bases of glycol ether solvents in China mainland: Jiangsu Tianyin Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd、Dynamic (Nanjing) Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd and Dynamic Chemical Industry Binhai Co.,Ltd, they are specialized in researching and developing high-tech materials and fine chemicals. Jiangsu Tianyin Chemical has two fully controlled trade companies: Jiangsu Tianyin Chemical Industry Shanghai Co.,Ltd, Tianyin Chemical Industry Trading (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd. The group manufactures hundreds of products such as ethylene oxide, glycol ether and acetate, block poly ethers, chemical fiber oil reagents, environment protective plasticizers, polycarboxylate concrete water reducing agent, polysilicon cutting fluid, nonionic and negative ionic surfactants, organic/pharmaceutical intermediates. These products can be widely applied in the fields/industries such as paints and printing, ink, electronic industry, cleaner, chemical fiber, textile, chemical industry, rubber, oil refining, chemical fertilizers, medicine and pesticide intermediates, dyeing, etc.

　　Group's R&D focus is on high-tech fine chemical products and established its own R&D institute/experiment base, the group possesses its own IP rights on its major product series and manufacturing process, a number of facilities have been awarded National Torch Program due its R&D achievements.
